Thank God for these people. I moved a client of mine's web hosting for them without knowing that they didn't use Outlook or some other kind of email client to retrieve their emails from the server. After the move happened, they said, "Oh, I can't access my email any more..." Luckily the folks at Rackspace were able to restore all 1000+ emails within a matter of minutes. When they say "Fanatical Support" they mean it. I was in a Live Chat with one of the support folks and they calmly walked me through what I needed to do. Any place else would have said, "Sorry, they're gone forever!" and I would have had to submit a Support Ticket and wait days for a reply from someone who can't speak proper English, JUST to get that answer...
